I haven’t tweeted or blogged about it, but I am working on porting over existing blocks and adding various new ones!
My latest favorite is the Japanese sliding door!
It’s a sliding door. It opens horizontally.
We also made a shoji, a dark sliding door, and a fusuma. The larger fusuma is difficult to get the right size… This one is 3×1, but I really want to make it 3×2….
I also added some noren and other Japanese-style lights, so you can create the role of a ryotei (Japanese-style restaurant) like this.
Japanese style blocks are fun! But when I’m making a set like this, I find that I need more of this and less of that.
