できることPossible

• 当パックおよびMODを利用してminecraftで制作した作品の、金銭授受が発生しない形での個人利用と公開をすることができます。（公開とは、スクリーンショット投稿、動画投稿、配信などのこと。）
  The personal use and publication of works created through the use of this resource pack and MOD, in a manner that does not involve the exchange of money. ("public" mean screenshot posting, video posting, distribution, etc.)
• 当パックおよびMODのテクスチャの加工、他のテクスチャと組み合わせたものをご自身で使用する場合も、上記と同じです。
  You are allowed to modify the textures included in this resource pack and mod for your own use or combine them with other textures without giving or receiving any money. (However, distributing them to others is prohibited.)

できないことImpossible

• 改変の有無にかかわらず、当パック・テクスチャ・MODの営利・商用目的での利用はできません。
  （広告収入と同人誌については後述。）
  Use of this resource pack and MOD for commercial or commercial purposes, regardless of whether or not it has been modified. (See below for YouTube ads and affiliate ads.)
• 当パック・テクスチャ・MODの再配布、二次配布はできません。別のエディションに変換したものを配布することもできません。（変換したものをご自身で使っていただく分には問題ありません。）
  This resourcepack and mod cannot be distributed by you to others. The textures included in this resourcepack and mod cannot be distributed elsewhere as well. For example, you may not distribute to others what you have converted to the BedrockEdition version, nor may you distribute to others what you have converted to CIT.（There is no problem to use the converted files by yourself.）

• 下記の条件を守れば、他のテクスチャや自作テクスチャと組み合わせたものをワールド観光のために配布することができます。

  条件 ダウンロードした者が二次利用はできない。あくまでワールド観光のみに使用ができる規約を設定すること。 また、当サイトへのリンク(https://cocricot.pics)とリソースパック名(cocricot)をその規約内にわかりやすく記載すること。 ※画像を加工した状態での配布も可。ただし、改変の旨を明記のこと。Essential conditionNo secondary use is allowed to the person who downloaded it. Also, do not make it look like it is an official video of this pack. It's just common sense, do not use the logo and images from this website as thumbnails.

• 下記の条件を守れば、個人及びサークルでの同人誌の発刊ができます。
  Publication of a minecraft fanzine using cocricot for your building under the following conditions.

  条件 cocricotを使用して制作したMinecraftの作品の紹介を目的とする場合に限り、紙面に当サイトへのリンク(https://cocricot.pics)とリソースパック名(cocricot)をわかりやすく記載すれば、同人誌や作品集にcocricotを使ったMinecraftの作品を掲載していただけます。cocricotの使い方の解説がメインのものや公式本のように見せるものにはご使用いただけません。例えば「cocricotMODのブロック辞典」とか「cocricotのブロック置き方解説ガイドブック」のようなものはNGです。「○○島ガイドブック」とか「○○作品集」のように、作品を主体としているものであれば問題ありません。また、同人誌の販売による利益の有無は問いません。（多額の利益を得るような場合は利益の一部の分配をご検討いただければ幸いです。）把握のため、発刊後でも問題ありませんので使用の旨ご連絡ください。You may create a Minecraft coterie magazine only for the purpose of showcasing the work you have created using cocricot. Please be sure to include a link to our website (https://cocricot.pics) and the name of the resource pack (cocricot) in plain language in your book. (You may not create a book with content that explains how to use cocricot, or a book that looks like an official cocricot book. It should be aimed solely at introducing your work.) Also, please be sure to inform me of your use of cocricot, even after publication. If you make a large profit, please share the profit with me at your discretion.
